From the moment we made our booking until we were dropped back in Edinburgh, everything was seamless. We booked at the last minute, and Wojciech couldn’t have been more accommodating. Communication was excellent, and he put together exactly the day we were hoping for. The Mercedes sprinter was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making the journey through the Highlands a pleasure. Wojciech was not only an excellent driver but also an outstanding guide. He was friendly, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and always had a smile on his face. We had a wish list of places we wanted to visit, including the Highland cows, the Kelpies, the Skyfall viewpoint from James Bond, Loch Ness, and as many spectacular Highland landscapes as possible. He managed to fit everything into the day without it ever feeling rushed, while sharing fascinating stories and local knowledge throughout the journey. What really stood out was how flexible and genuinely invested he was in making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear he takes great pride in what he does. We  started in Edinburgh and passed through spectacular Highlands, Isle of Skye and back through Inverness. All aspects of this trip were picture perfect starting from planning our itinerary, thanks to Wojciech Koziel, who picked all the interesting spots based on our preferences. We enjoyed so much traveling with Gary Sadler and listening to all the interesting stories, legends and historical recounts of Scottish history. I have been traveling in every continent for the past 40+ years and I have to say this is the best organized and most pleasant tour I’ve ever been on. Starting in Edinburgh, driving through the spectacular Highlands, Isle of Skye and back through Inverness. The planning and care of ETS preparing and tailoring our itinerary was amazing and allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without worrying about logistics. The superstar of our trip was Gary Saddler, amazing tour guide, storyteller and planner. We had a great time learning about Scottish history and geological highlights. It was a pleasure traveling with Gary and even the small “inconveniences” that arise from road trips (traffic, detours etc) were handled seamlessly  and did not impact the tour in any way. From the very beginning, I encountered unprofessional behavior from the management team. Messages and requests were often ignored, responses were delayed, and communication was poor throughout the entire process. On several occasions, the managers came across as rude and dismissive, showing little respect for their clients. The lack of professionalism and organization caused unnecessary stress and avoidable problems. Instead of providing reliable customer service, the company left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. It seemed that customer satisfaction was not a priority, and any issues that arose were handled with indifference rather than responsibility. When booking a professional transfer service, customers expect efficiency, clear communication, and respect. Unfortunately, Executive Transfer Scotland Edinburgh failed to meet even these basic expectations. We don’t just track a flight number; we track your specific aircraft registration (Tail Number). This allows us to see exactly when your wheels touch down, even if you arrive hours early due to tailwinds or change your destination mid-flight.

Step 2

FBO Coordination

20 minutes before landing, your chauffeur liaises with the ground handling team (e.g., Signature Flight Support). We confirm your parking stand and position our vehicle at the closest possible access point to the aircraft steps.

Step 3

The “Zero-Friction” Departure (Subject To Airport Restrictions)

As the aircraft door opens, your chauffeur is ready. Luggage is transferred directly from the hold to the trunk of your Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or Mercedes-Benz V-Class, or Sprinters for 8 and 16 passengers, and you depart the private terminal via a dedicated exit lane, bypassing main terminal traffic completely.

Can you drive onto the tarmac to meet the plane?

“Airside” access is subject to strict airport security clearance and varies by airport. However, we always secure the closest possible parking at the FBO fence line or VIP gate. In many cases, the handling agents will drive you 50 yards from the plane directly to our open car door. (SUBJECT TO AIRPORT RESTRICTIONS)

Do you have vehicles for large entourage groups?

Yes. For large parties arriving on heavy jets (e.g., Gulfstream G650 or Bombardier Global), we can deploy a convoy of Mercedes V-Class XLWB MPVs or Mercedes Benz V-Class Sprinters for 8 and 16 passengers XLWB to transport up to 20 passengers and luggage simultaneously.

What happens if our flight is diverted to another airport?

Private jets are often diverted due to weather (e.g., from EDI to GLA). Because we track your tail number, we see the diversion instantly. We automatically redeploy your chauffeur to the new arrival airport so they are waiting for you when you land.
